We offer flexible packages and an hourly rate to meet your needs, each with a one-year usable period. With payment made in advance, you can be sure there will be no lapses in service or misunderstandings in the billing process. A statement of how we used your time and what time is remaining will be sent out each month. We will notify you when your time is running low, allowing you to replenish your account as needed. Any unused time will expire after one year, and we will notify you of any remaining time to help you decide how to use it.

Anchored Virtual Assisting doesn’t believe in charging you for time we are not working on your projects or tasks and do not start on any work until payment is received. Therefore, we use Toggl Track to count the hours we use on your projects and tasks. Every month, you will receive a statement showing how we used your time and what time you have remaining.

We accept Stripe and PayPal, however we are flexible and will work with you on payment methods. Just understand we do not start work on any projects or tasks until payment is made.
