Meet the Founder: Jo Ann Martinez

A Foundation Built on Resilience and Experience
I founded Anchored Virtual Assisting in 2021 after a personal turning point in 2018, following my recovery from unexplained illnesses. This experience taught me that every great vision needs a solid foundation.

With over 20 years of administrative expertise, I specialize in organization rather than just completing tasks. My extensive background in document creation, office systems, and professional communications provides me with a deep understanding of what makes a business successful.

Why I Consult
I shifted to consulting because I saw many talented entrepreneurs struggle with shaky foundations. By blending my operational experience with creative strategy, I help you build a brand that is both organized and impactful.
